Africans can visit Benin visa-free for 90 days. However, non-Africans can apply for a simplified electronic visa at www.evisa.bj. This visa is for stays of up to 90 days and covers most travel purposes.
Entry into Benin, whether by land, air or sea, is free of charge on presentation of any document relating to COVID-19. Travelers leaving Benin, however, will still have to comply with the requirements of their destination countries.
